MY A DRIVE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ANYTHING. I CANNOT BOOT FROM
THIS DRIVE AND THE LIGHT INDICATOR OF THE DRIVE IS ALWAYS
ON.  THERE IS NO SOUND WHEN I PUT IN A FLOPPY DISK. IS

I've just installed a WD800JB (80GB) disk. The BIOS
recognizes it. I've updated FDISK for Windows 98 SE (as
per the MS KB article Q263044), however, Windows still
does not see the full capacity of the disk. It still sees

accessories, it isnt there.

I plan on adding a 2nd hard disk (80 GB) to my W98SE
system since the 1st one (4 GB) is nearly full. I am
considering two options, and I'm wondering which one is

My laptop will not start up. When I turn it on it stays

I am unable to defrag my hard drive.  When i start the
process it is never able to complete the task.  It will
start, but continues toabort and start over.  The message
is: "Drive contents changed, starting over."
