My cousin has Win 98 the cd-rom icon is there but when
she licks on it the following error appears
"Unable to access Drive D, Drive is locked by a disc
utility"

Sometimes, and its getting more often, when I am trying to
access my A: drive my computer will not read the disk.
When this happens I go into the CLOSE PROGRAM DIALOGUE
BOX, by pressing the CTRL/ALT/DELETE buttons.
