If you read this entire message, you should understand why it is cross-posted. I have two PC's on a network (router). #1 OS is W98; #2 has a swappable drive bay where I put W2000 Pro OR W98 as the primary drive.

I used fdisk and formatted my c drive which had 40 gigs. After everything was done I could reinstall windows 98, but now I only have 2 gigs of space. How do I rcover my lost gigs. If any one can help that would be great. Thanks

Friends computer is down. Tried to reboot with boot disk to no avail. When powered it states: Boot Failure Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device Press Any Key When Ready.
