I'm pretty computer literate, however my brother had
partitioned my pc and I could'nt believe the amount of gb
he was able to produce and how he partitioned. I am not

The floppy disc drive keeps  searching  at regular
intervals even when there is not floppy in the drive.

Something happened to my computer.  It won't boot up. It
says there are 4 files missing then it just shuts down.
The 4 files that are missing are:
     WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VMM32\ifsmgr.VXD

Am I to assume this is a problem no one has ever had before
or did I not make myself clear?  I want to know what is on
the CD I received from a friend.  I do not have Excel in my
computer.  How can I find out what is on it?  

I received a disk formated in Excel 7 and can not read it.

I have formatted my system, then found out I would need a
start up disk to load my PC back up disk. How do I create
a start up disk, or how else can I get one. Can it be

When I put a disk in the floppy drive it says that the
disk needs to be formatted and when I try to do this it
says it cannot do this because they are damaged and other
reasons. When I try it on other computers it works fine.
