I lost my cdrom drive and A drive. I followed what
microsoft said to do under Q293185 and was able to get my
A back. I have had no luck with my cdrom drive. Someone

In my control Panel I see drive c@d, I do not see a drive
for my cdrom. Drive C is partitioned into C& D. How do I
get drive D to be the CDROM or how do I another drive for
the CDROM.

The DDO of My Maxtor HD (6.4 GB) was blown away
when a friend tried to FDISK/MBR it after I was having

Start button disapears leaving blank box.  Also names of
programs that are open disappear leaving blank boxes. Then
cannot close Windows properly but must turn computer off.
What did I do to lose the Start button and how can I get it
