I downloaded a defragment utility from the web as the one supplied with Win98 didn't seem to go beyond 0%. After a while the machine re-booted, but then gave a Low System Memory error, and nothing in Window will run.

the partition seems to work. it's a 6 gb drive and says the primary dos partition is 5.7 gb. but when i try to run setup for win 98 on it i get an error saying that i need 7 mb of free space. there should be plenty of free
