All folders and files deleted
When properties  checked it says only 4.2G available.

I have reformated my hard drive.  I need to reload
windows.  I have the Windows 98Se CD that came with my
computer.  I bought my computer from Data Doctor in

When I try to Defrag my computer the window opens and is
there but it won't start I tried letting it go for a few
hours and still the same results, nothing!!
