All folders and files deleted
When properties  checked it says only 4.2G available.
When try to install game requiring 5.5G, get message that only 4.2G

I have reformated my hard drive.  I need to reload
windows.  I have the Windows 98Se CD that came with my
computer.  I bought my computer from Data Doctor in
Phoenix AZ.  I lost the Product key and Data doctor won't

When I try to Defrag my computer the window opens and is
there but it won't start I tried letting it go for a few
hours and still the same results, nothing!!
