How do I prevent WEB site from opening on there own on my PC. I suspect one of my son accessed those sites and now I go away from my PC for a few minutes. When I come back, a web site is open. Sometimes it's a news site other times

I have a win 98 se pc installed w/ one CD-ROM and one CD-Writer. Both of them run normally for a long time. Then both of them fail in any operation, even reading a disc.

When I defrag my computer, it goes up to 10% and then the whole computer freezes. I cannot close out of it or continue to proceed anything else. What can I do?

I began running disk defrag last night around 9pm and as of 11am this morning, it is still running but the details show 0% complete still....is this normal? My hard drive is only 13GB.

Lost both the E and F drives. Just disappeared. Cannot play CD's or use burner. What happened? How do I get them back? Thanks for any help.
