I just formatted my c drive, and after I restarted the
computer, it says I have a systems disk error, even though
I have no disks in the computer. What should i do?

I running Windows 98 SE system. When I boot up I get the
message:
"Disk I O error. Replace disk and press enter"

the cd, dvd door on my control tower will not open...is there anyway i can open the door with my computer without taking my control tower to a shop...i tried to use the eject button on the desktop but the door still did not open...

I recently viewed a photo CD. When I shut off the
computer, I accidentally left the CD in the CD-ROM drive.
I noticed it after I turned the computer the next day.

I am still having a problem with two C:\ drives. When I
boot from the C:\ drive, all my programs and data files
are there, but windows will not start. When I boot from
A:\ with my start up disk another C:\ drive is present

I had a new hard disc put in and a few days later on boot
up, got a black screen with a scrolling message, file

Scandisc (thorough) found nothing. Neither did SFC.
