[Using XP-SP1, 98-OSR2]
Hi, I have the classic problem with drive assignments with a 98/XP
dual-boot system.
I have a new hard disk, partitioned into 2 drives: "1-OS" (C:) and

I HAVE WINDOWS 98 AND CAN NOT FIND THE SYSTEM TOOLS. I
WENT TO START, THAN PROGRAMS, THAN ACCESSORIES AND IT WAS
NOT THERE. I WANT TO CLEAR UP SOME DISK SPACE AND RUN THE
DISK DEFRAGMENTER.  I CAN'T FIND THEM. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I have a IBM laptop that has Windows 98 installed as the
operating system and the Office XP suite of products.  
When I save a file onto the floppy disk, the file can't
be read by on any other computer, only the laptop.

I just had to replace my hard drive and it is only showing
about 36gigs rather than the 80gigs it is in both bios and
