I am trying to use my recovery disc. When it starts to run, I click on run restore, I click on the next 3 screens that come up and the everything stops at that point. Does anyone know what is happening? Thanks

Hi, I've got an old packard bell pc running win98(1st ed.) The problem i've got is that the floppy drive will detect & read the startup disk at boot up, but every time i try to use a floppy to read or write to, it churns away
