2 HardDrives – single partition on each – I think they are both FAT32
Neither drive has any compression software
Drive C has the OS, swapfile, and tempfolder
Drive D is WD 30gb

On my first IDE, a 60GB hard drive (master) and a cd-rom drive (secondary).
On my seciond IDE, a 10GB hard drive(master) and a cd-rom drive (secondary).
THe second hard drive will be used for linux, i used magic-boot to
initialize it as such.

want o save some documents in please what can i do to save
the documens in it.

Regarding Ron Badour's question if I had Second Edition
installed. Yes I do.  But the CD-Rom Disk I installed
Windows 98 with was not Second Edition.  So now I don't
know what to do.  I am having problems opening web pages.

My 98 box does not "see" the CD drive anymore.  There is
no letter assigned to it and when I put a CD into the
player, nothing happens.  Any help you offer is great.

IFSFN_READ.Is it possible to set  error condition in Iorequ structure and

Hi. When I click the A Drive icon in "My Computer" (with a
disk in the drive), it "thinks" about it for a moment    
(with crunching and whirring sounds), then asks me if I
want to format the disk - I don't, I just want to access

When booting up, I receive the following message:

If I close it out, I just get a blank screen.

    I have a 750 Meg HDD which I would like to install in an old Compaq 386
PC with Dos 6.22.  The 386 BIOS only "sees" 520M.  If I put the HDD in one of
my newer PCs, using a Dos 6.22 boot floppy disk (with Fdisk & Format),

I think my mother board may be stuffed. I want to replace
it with another MB, but the recovery disks from HP will
