I want to change the keyboard layout on my laptop to
German. When i try to do this i am asked to insert windows
98 cd disk. My lap top was purchased second hand and I do
not have a windows 98 cd disk. How can i resolve this?

How can be formatted an added external USB Hard Drive on a
PC with WIN 98SE system? In 98SE at the DOS/fdisk command
menu there is no option to switch to Drive 2 to start the

Is a new Windows98 CD? My friend has a machine that has
never been defraged, and hangs a lot....I want her to do
a clean install. Her defrag stays on 0 forever and she
doesn't have a cd anymore!

  HDDs have many vulnerabilities, therefore I would not trust them for
keeping important files or OS backup.  The heads are only microns from the
surface of the spinning platters.  A sudden jolt could cause the head to
