My hard drive is partially FAT32 and i don't know how completely recover
it, with win98se i can't format all the drive because the part without
FAT32 is not accessible.
How format and completely use FAT32 ?

The 'Recycle Bin' properties allow one to 'Configure
Drives Independently'. When I apply this (radio button)
setting,it flops back to the 'Use one Setting For All
