How do I free up space so that I can use my cd drive.  There s so much on my
c drive that it is making my sytem unstable.  I have drives d e f g
available.  This is a 10 gig hard drive that was formatted before I got it.  
I just don't know what to do.  Please help.  Thank you

I've been helping a friend in my village with Pc training and general
clean-up of her PC.  She's elderly and has accumulated a lot of random
shortcuts etc on her desktop (through typical shakey finger trouble).  No
problem cleaning those away.

We have stacks of old 5.5 inch floppy disks.  I have put a 5.5 drive into a
win 98 computer, but it doesn't detect it and I have no idea what brand it
is.  Is there a way to get the drive to read the files enough to transfer
them to the hard drive and/or CD writer?

Does exist something like share.exe (it installs file sharing and locking
capabilities in W95) in Windows 98?
Let me explain better.
I made a bootable hard disk with W95 (did not install all W95, only the

when I emty the recycle bin I get error that file ___D__ doesn't exist
when I copy files I get the low space on hard disk alert although there is
sufficient space on the hard disk.

History:
I formated and transfered W95 system and files contained in \windows\command
to a new hard disk.  I made a bootable HD in W95.  Then installed a program
but it did no run because "Another user has already using that workstation"

windows 98. I have windows 98 on disk that I purchased.
How can I get around this and why is it asking for this?
