When I change the connection settings on the internet options menu, they
revert to old (default?) values when I reboot. Is there some way to make the
parameters I set  stay that way?. I seem to recall a button that does this
but I cant find it.

I am running win 98/2nd edition. It seems to me I used to be able to right
click on my desktop or in a folder and have an option to create a new folder.

I had a bad mother board in one computer so I changed hard drives and video

Went to upgrade My current internet explorer5.0 to 6 so that i could use a

When Defragmenting my hard drive it never goes past 2%. After reaching 2%, it
loops back to 0. Disk Scan also fails.

A customer has had a mailbox.pst file somehow deleted on her FAT32 disc
drive. The customer did not delete the file and it did not pass through the
