I have inherited a Panasonic Toughbook CF 25 with a 1.4 GB hard driv and a floppy drive only. It has a parallel port for printer but no US port. It's pretty old. It has no OS. Can I install Windows 98? And i so how?

Something on my old HP's motherboard lost it. I took out the hard disk and plugged it into an older Compaq as a slave to the Compaq's drive. The Compaq's motherboard had no problem with that, the HP's hard disk is present with a letter and the disk capacity is recognized. ...
