In windows/downloaded installations and windows/installer are a bunch of
.msi files. Right click gives install, uninstall, and repair options.
Wow some of these are big files !  What are these dogs - are they actually
required to do uninstalls ?  Can they be safely deleted ?

Having problem using IE v6.0 w/all updates compared to Netscape v4.75.
The problem is that pictures are too dark to view. Netscape's pictures
are brighter to view than IE. Looked in advance but saw no solution.

I am experiencing a bootup/shutdown/reboot loop problem

My method: Run Defrag in "Safe Mode".
1. Initiate Restart -  depress and hold the "Ctrl"
  key until the  "Safe Mode" screen appears.

I have lost all thumbnail displays, on line, or offline.
Is this a Windows 98 problem? What program should I use to
display .jpg files ?  Now set to Explorer. Any response
