When attempting to change an existing file I'm receiving
error messages such as "The program has performed an

When I right-click on thr desktop, I get an hourglass.  
After several minutes, I press Ctrl+Alt+Tab to Task
Manager, where I see "Explorer (not responding)". Any
suggestions for a solution?  Thanks.

Last night I was shutting down and several windows were
open and I couldn't get it to shut down.I hit OFF button !!

there's files missing from my windows.... when i start up
