Whenever I click on My computer icon from my desktop it
immediately fires up the CD-ROM and it keeps turning for a
long time.  Is there a way that I can change this to a
drive letter or shut it off completely?  Thanks in advance.

I used to run Defrag on a weekly basis w/o any problems
whatsoever.  3 weeks ago, Defrag started "hangin up."  It
starts like normal, but never gets anywhere -- even when
left running all night long.  Any suggestions?

When i start up my Windows 98... A message box appears
that says:  Error Starting Program..  MSIN32.DLL    After
