I have MS Media Player 6.4. For many reasons I cannot

I have a problem with my startup. Everytime I turn it on
it does a memory check. Then the screen turns to
the "Shutting down screen". I have windows 98. Not really
sure what is going on.

When I try to shut down the computer I get a message that a

after activity on the computer, e.g., e-mail, surfing the
