Need help in getting Windows 98 or better in Spanish

I've had a problem that was annoying but didn't get around
to change it until yesterday. The problem is the double
login prompt I received. One for networking and the other

When I reboot my computer, it tries to load the programs
then goes black.  When I select CTL, ALT, DEL, a green
lined bar appears at the top of the screen.

I am having trouble with my laptop. I'm using Windows 98
Second Edition. My problem is that the computer stops
responding when I (without rebooting) remove the floppy
drive device or the CD-ROM drive device

Trying to start the control panel take 2 minutes.  Once
open, when trying to change the internet options, this
window locks up.  Must use task manager to end task.
Any ideas?

Recently I was given a digital camera and when I try to
