I have two files on my desktop that when are deleted they
go in to the recycle bin. when I open my rb to empty it
they re-appear on my desk top. this happens even when I

After a recent reinstall of win98se on top of existing win98se, I noticed
this device = C:/windows/setver.exe in my config.sys file.
Also noticed that PC was REAL sluggish.  I removed this line from
config.sys, and the problem is gone.  What is this thing ?
