I cant delete a file on my desktop.  I tried to delete it
in safe mode and it would say cannot delete file, "make
sure the disk is not write protected or the file is not in
use".  It wasnt running in the task monitor so i dont know

After I downloaded a ghost program, every time I shut
down, there is one window saying that a program is not
responding (didn't say which), I had to click end task to
