The Windows-XP 'Color' command doesn't exist in '98.  Can
you change background & text colors in '98?  If so how?

My start-up is very slow.  My shut-down is very slow.  My
cable internet loads slow.  Everthing runs slow.  Please

A couple of days ago I upgraded the bios on a dell dimension XPS D300 and
now when ever start or restart my machine it says "please wait while windows
builds a driver information database" what is causing this and how can it be

straight to a sceensaver. There are no icons displayed.

When I am starting windows-98se, the computer pops up
an error messaage as a 'runddll' fault
saying"initialisation problem with 'msconfd.dll'".
When I searched in 'system' folder , such a file exists.

Hi, I am not able to create a folder on windows 98 when
ever I try the system hangs. I have anough space on my HD
and it does not give me any error messages it just hangs.

so that I can move it to the clipboard. How do I do that?
