I have Windows 98 and when I boot the computer windows
goes as far as loading the Taskbar then it stops. The
mouse and cursor still operate but there is no icon or
taskbars on my desktop.

Can anyone tell me WHEN (month/year) WINDOWS 98 became

All of a sudden that icon of the two pc's indicting that I
