defrag doesn't complete29 Dec 2003 17:17 GMT11
When I try to run defrag it will not finish.  It appears
to run alright, but never shows any % completed. I have
let it run all night and still 0 % completed.  If I go to
show details it shows none of the symbols on the screen.

My daughter has Window's 98...she gets an error message
that says:  A required .dll, WS2_32.dll was not
found...what can be done to repair this if we don't have
the Window's 98 disk.  Her computer came with this OS

I have a folder D:\TMP that contains some .msi install files and some
.exe files. Why would this type of file be in the TMP folder? Should
they be deleted?

I have used MailWasher since its inception but now when I log on it will not DL
all email, however, I can DL all using OE.
When I click on Mailwasher "Check Mail" a small yellow triagle with the [!]

I keep getting a Windows Protection error on my system when I boot up
and it tells me to restart my system.  Can any one give me a suggestion
on what might be causing this error and what I might be able to do to
make it stop?

When I boot up Win 98 SE and get to my desktop, the hour glass will
not come to an end.  Pressing Ctl_Alt_Del shows me that
Msgsrv32 is "not responding".  If I end that particular task, I can
access other programs which work perfectly.  How can I stop this

The "S" & "O"of Solitare screen is replaced by vertical
lines and the   cards will not display.  The drag box will
not cancel out and the message sayes "there is not enough
memory, the draging option has been enabled".

My system information tool was infected with a virus and
now when I click it the file shows that it does not exist,
I can't get into my startup menu either. How do I
reinstall those tools. Please someone help me. Thanks.

I have a problem of profiler comming up in a dialog box
saying profiler causing prolems <in unknown> and also
profiler in Kernell 32dll. Help! what can I do please
