I go to Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and find in the list"Kazaa Media
Desktop 2.0.2 and click Add/Remove button.  I get an error message, "RUNDLL"
Error in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\cd_clint.dll Missing entry: ServiceRunDll.  I'm
thinking one of the other users on this pc might have ...

My pc has started displaying the error message " you have
performed an illegal operation..." every time a pc game is
used and when I tried to access certain system files. It
never did this before. I have a Compaque model 5BW130,

how can I save files that are in my C drive to my D drive.

Could anyone tell me where I could find instructions on
how to manually remove the PTSNOOP trojan horse from my

The service profile is damaged. Re-install the service

my dad is running IE 6.0, W98 SE and he told me when he is shutting down IE,
that every is freezing. Even <Ctrl><Alt><Del> seems not to work.
I haven had a look at his PC yet, but any advice is welcome, since I am not
sure where too look.
