Cant open files on my desktop.Every time I doubleclick a
file folder, I get a message that says Internet Explorer
cannot load because a file is corrupted " vxd.dll "; I'm
not sure if my problem is an association error or a dll

Just a short note to express my gratitude to all of the MVP's and other

When I boot up my computer, a screen comes up that
says:"Monitor is in power save mode - activate using pc"  
But how can you do this if I can't see on then monitor?

I have located The TWEAK UI files on the WIN 98 Original Release CD which is

files(2 so far) are appearing on the desktop and I am

I have Win98SE and IE6 - when I use OE6, I notice the system tray clock
stops (it may advance a second or two, but only that), and when I exit OE6,
it starts again, behind the time lost.

I recently had to restore my Windows98SE C: disk after a crash. Now,
on normal startup, after the Windows login username/password dialog Windows
will pause for as long as two minutes before completing Windows startup.

My Matshita DVD-ROM SR8583 C53H will not recognize DVD or Audio disks.
It has absolutely no problem reading a data disk though.  My CD-RW
drive has no problem with any disk inserted into that drive.  I tried
removing/add new hardware for the drive from the system contol panel,
