I have an intermitent problem with Windows 98 Second
Edition were after some use of the PC, the mouse as I drag
it across the screen activates every program, icon etc on
the desktop. I lose control of the PC and have to restart

I cannot get back to windows from my MSDOS prompt.  Please
help. What command do I type.  I went to the MSDOS promt
because my computer during startup said for me to run
scanreg.fix I did that and rebooted but it will not return

I have a problem with an old laptop running Win98SE. I was trying to upgrade the system when I got the following error:
