Cannot find "program.exe" when I try to open picture files.

my problem is that all of a sudden my 439 fonts do not
show up in my programs like WORD & EXCEL & CorelDRAW or
anything else where i can choose fonts....there is a list

and everytime I try to open up a picture file it
