I down loaded Explorer 6 service pack 1 and the system
will not come back up.  Using the start up disk the system
runs scan disk and neumerious errors are found and
repaired. however a message comes up with the following:

I have a slight problem. When I click on the start button
then up to programs then to any icon, (whether its under

Win98SE. I have two, possibly related, questions.
I use my PC mostly off line but I use a dialup connection to browse
the internet and collect email. In collecting email, I first browse
the emails on the server with MailWasher before downloading them with

Recently when I go to use a Windows 98 SE troubleshooter,
I get blank pages instead of text after I select any of
the radio button options.  I've tried restoring "tshoot"
files and SFC, but nothing brings it back.  Someone said
