Everytime i boot up Windows 98, a message pops up
saying "Windows encountered an error accessing the system
registry. Windows will restart and repair the system
registry for you"   I get the only option to click OK.  if

When ever I try to access software like word I get a
message that says "Fatal exception 0E has occured at
0028:coo3cb32 in vxd 1o5 (01)+0000146E the current
application will be terminated.

I have windows 98 and have used regedit once, now i can't
open or install any types of files ms-dos won't run and
the internet never works when opened, reg edit won't work
either......HELP!

I work for a school that has many programs for the primary
grades.  Some programs require 256 mode while others need
at least 16-bit.  This is a Win98 machine and I need a way
for a program to go to 256 mode and then back to 16-bit

I've been having this prob for a few monthes now and its
Annoying.
The prob is when i Click on Desktop Properties then Click
on Settings, Computer Freezes up and i get a Rundll32

I've searched and searched and tried everything, but my 98
machines still fail to shut down properly.  This patch
from Microsoft that addresses shutdown problems on 98 SE,
does it work on 98, as well?

I'm running Windows XP and when I click on ternet explorer
to go to www.comcast.com.,the following message appears:

I have a corrupt OLLEACC.dll file and its keeping me from
loading different software. Is there anyway i can get this

When I try to open the Explorer (that lists all my files)
or open settings-->Control Panel I get the message where
it says the program has performed an illegal act and will
shut down.

3yr old does a lot of damage when left alone, basically
icannot load win98 normally, have to run in safe mode.
Symptoms, Bootlog shows no fonts loaded, then stops short
of loading the full set of drivers after the fonts,

Dear Windowers,
A couple of days ago I encountered a problem with a
network file. I installed 2 wireless USB networkadaptors
and after this the file got damaged. This has been solved

whenever I clicks on CD drive on my system,  an error
message comes up saying that the drive inaccessible.
Can I have some advice how to resolve this.

using msn broswer 7.2, have guest account with about 20
favorites on it. this afternoon the facorites were all
gone. anybody know how i can get them back?
