paper size in Word to A4 instead of letter. I select file>page setup,

Grey Banding on Display
I am noticing gray bands in my display behind the text. It
looks like someone got a grey highlighter and went across
the screen. In between text lines it the color is white.

I tried to use xcopy to backup a drive to an external
hardrive and 800 files out of 26,000+ did not copy.  Is
there a way to copy and ignore the duplicates or just
copy th enew file names?
