My monitor is making a whine on white screens. If I recall
right, I need to change the refresh rate but can't seem to
find where in 98 to do that? Can anybody advise?

98SE:  New video card and monitor, now when toggling into an important
(very old) Dos application from Windows, the screen goes to complete
zig-zag jibberish.  I really NEED this old DOS application.
