The problem concerns a networked computer running 98SE connected with
others using mainly 98SE, one with 95 and one with XP. The machine is

this problem just started three days ago...when i shutdown the computer all

i got the adware that PCR told me about and have been
putting stuff on clip board. well this pc tells me i do
not have a clipboard viewer installed,it is not in my
windows setup in add\remove.

I can not open any of my programs except word pad.  I
received a missing DLL notice then this started.  Nor can
I shut down my computer.
