I had to load a new hard drive to my computer and I want to load win98 to it. I have the cd but I can't find the book for the product key. Can anyone tell me what I can do or do I have to buy a new disk?

When I try to install Win 98 SE on top of a previous installation, I get two errors: 1. It cannot find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\regsvr32.exe 2. It cannot read from mmsys.cpl

I cannot boot system. It will boot in safe mode. When I look at bootlog, it fails with all fonts, beginning with Marlett error 0016. There are many, many of these errors in bootlog.
