I cant access my control panel. I tried using sfc could not find file from cabs or disc. the file has 0kb. is there an other way to download non corrupt rundll32.exe file to my computer.

Over the next few months, I intend starting to transfer some old recorded material (mostly speech) from cassettes (and open-reel tapes if I can find a machine to play them) over to hard drive as a means of transferring them to CD-ROMs for archiving.

Can anyone tell me how to get 256 colors on my PC. I Have re-installed win98 SE about a month ago and now can only get 32 colors. This means that viewed web pages are blurred, particularly the pictures.
