I took some pictures with my digital camera and they are
FREAKING HUGE!  I don't have Photoshop but I really want
to resize these images.  Is there any programs that can

When I do a virgin install of win 98 (I formated the hard
drive and boot from the win 98 CD).  The setup progresses
smoothly until I reboot for the first time and try to
bring up the fresh OS.  I get an error message that says

Each program will still run when dble clicked from

Until a few days ago I was able to click on any jpg file in Windows Explorer
and a thumbnail would appear. Now this function does not work anymore. Seems
like it was a PC World tip that descibed the setup.

It's becoming obvious to me, due to number of posts in this NG, especially
late at night, *almost* all W98 problems have been eradicated.  I think all
the fine posters here deserve a pat on the back.
It's now time for us to bite the bullet, bone up on XP, and go bail out
