I need some help. First a little history:  
 I received a computer from a friend. It will not start windows. When

   I have read recently that it is not good to keep lots of e-mail in your
inbox I also read you should find somewhere else to put the e-mail.
The bad things that might happen were never discussed. Would someone list
some reasons for me ?

I have an old Win98 PC that still runs fine and I would like to use the
Iomega USB 2.0 External HDD to save a few image files. My drive needs
USB 1.1 to run on Win98.
I don't mind the slower rate as I simply want to have an image stored
