start up take a long time. I get this: Cannot find a device file needed to run windows or a Windows application. The windows registry or SYSTEM.INI file refers to this device file, but the device file no longer exists.

When I bypass the win.ini at boot up all applications load normally. If i allow the win.ini to load at startup all my applications give the error message. This program has performed an illegal function and will be shut down.

Sounds like a stupid question. Somehow the bottom tool bar with the start button, etc, has moved to the right side og my screen..How did this happen and how to I get it back to the default?
