where can i get hidserv.exe download

hi, i cant seem to enter my bios settings to enable the
HDD, i press F1 to enter setup and it says Operating
System not found so i keep on having to insert the
windows disk so it'll ask me to boot from HDD.

I've got so many little "restore" disks from past and
present Antivirus programs, and my Zip drive comes with a
back up utitily, and so does Windows, etc. etc. I don't
have a r/w CD or I'd just burn my whole computer. Any MVPs

It's gone.  File edit view, back forward, and the address
bar, all gone.  Any idea how to get it back??  Thanks in

When I try to open IE I get a "Failed to load the Internet
Connection wizard helper component" warning.  How can I
fix this, especially since that computer can't connect to
the Internet at this point?

I just bought a computer off of a friend and it has
Windows 98.  I tried to install Windows 98 (English
version) and it states that I need to install it on
another folder.  What can I do?

Can't get the computer to shut down.
After hitting the shut down "OK" it
