I've got a Windows ME computer that is acting very strange. If I have a window open with scroll bars in it or drop down selections, the computer just starts randomly scrolling up and down or it starts making selections in the combo box it's open.

Have been finding 'rundll' with explorer and systray on list when using alt+ctrl+del. Start>find shows only rundll.exe, rundll32.exe and runhelp.cab. Don't know what rundll is or when or why it started showing up.

I keep getting the message "access to the specified device, path, or file is denied" when I click on any of the icons in the control panel!! Can someone help me rectify this, it's quite frustrating!!

When I try to read or write or format my floppy drive, the system seems to shut down - the monitor looks like it went to sleet and I have to hold in the power button till the PC shuts off. Then I have to shut off the surge protector and wait a few minutes before I can restart ...
