It seems to have lots of software installed on it and is
running very slow.  Can I clean up the hard drive by
uninstalling Windows 98 and reinstalling it?

I have just had my sisters computer re formatted and she is running Win98se
(shop is closed today/tomorrow) and when she tried to start it it will only
start in safe mode and if she tries to start with the normal option it just
hangs with the windows logo.

list of ALL available standard shortcuts, including function keys in one
place so I could print them to have available? I have found several shortuts

My 98se machine has been getting lots of fatal exceptions lately and now can
hardly boot.  Is the best way to troubleshoot this to boot in safe mode by
