  I have somehow lost my solitaire game from my Windows
98 Second Edition. Don't know how, it just disappeared.
Have tried everything I can think of to find it, to no
avail. Can someone help me?? I can not even find a sol.exe

Ok I'm getting this startup Error as soon as it shows the
cloudy windows screen that scrolls at the bottom...it
switches to the all blue screen with white text saying the
folowing

I've got to go along and extract explorer.exe from win_16.cab (ME) later
today, for a lady who'e getting the "...error in explorer.exe...,) on
bootup, ages ago someone in here said you may as well unpack a couple of
other files as well, i think one of them was msvcrt.dll, can anyone ...

I have an IBM ThinkPad 380Z laptop. In the center of the
screen is a small hinge that covers the wires that go from
the screen to the main computer. The hinge broke and now
the screen won't work unless something is wedged into the

I was told that intalling more than 254mb ram in a win98
system is pointless as it will not use anything over this
number.  Is my info correct?

When I click the properties button after selecting a
joystick/controler, it says Necessary support files not
found, what is up with that? Because of this, I can't
calibrate my controlers. BTW, I have Win 98 SE.

Since deleting Aol from my computer this message has been
coming up whenever I go to settings, control panel and

Hi. I have DSL on my W98 pc and it is working fine. The
problem I'm having is really only an annoyance. If I
wanted to disconnect my dsl on the pc (for whatever
reason) I can't figure out how besides turning off the
