I deleted some programs and apparently this thing went with them. Now I can't get to my desktop without this message popping up. A required .DLL file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSVCRT.DLL was not found.

It comes up as a running process but the file has no properties with which to ID it. Do I get rid of it?? I searched Google and found nothing. I have Win98Se and it is located in the Windows/Application Data folder
