I am running Windows 98.  When I access pictures on the
internet, the pictures appear somewhat "grainy".  That is,
I see individual pixils that make up the picture rather
than a smooth, clear resolution of the picture.

This is an odd one, and I can't for the life of me guess what
circumstances would cause such a pattern.
Samsung 3G UIDE HD, one big FAT32 C:, with:

I'm in a fix now and my computer has been acting weird lately.

I have tried several sources and as of now still do not

I think a computer I'm working on has been infected with CoolWebSearch (CWS)
, but instead of simply hijacking MSIE, both MSIE and Windows Explorer are
abending with a Protection Exception.  Can CWS cause this?

can anyone give me any ideas as to why a dial up
connection would hang after about 5 mins or so. it is
driving me mad. I'm trying to fix it for a friend. i've
