I was given an older pc and the software for it. The hard
drive was fried so I got a used hard drive and installed
it. I installed Dos 6.2 and win 3.1 then win 95 upgrade
and want to install the win 98 upgrade but the former

Most of my Windows icons on desktop are showing generic
MSN Logo and I cannot get the programs to run.  I am also
getting problems with a startup program Lgyiawte not
responding.  Don't know if they are connected are not.

Hi - Running Win98SE.
I was attempting to troubleshoot a problem with easy CD Creator giving
me an error message saying "an error occurred attempting to create the
temporary file "C\Temp\CDWO0001.tmp" Disc creation will be cancelled.
