I have a Win98SE that keeps spawning one tmp file, in windows/tmp, that I can't erase. And each time windows boots, it creates a new .tmp file in that directory. The previous tmp file can be deleted. But not the new one. How you tell which 'process' is using this file, which

Not sure quite what happened, but for some reason I am now unable to right click on the desktop to bring up the Display Properties window. I am able to get to it via Control Panel however. I know it is a minor thing, but I miss it sometimes. Just lazy I guess.
