when I run msconfig, under autoexe.bat, there is checked

Ran Scanreg.exe and it says no problems. But when I go

I am implementing a shell extension using COM/ATL/MFC that will allow
the user to copy or move files similarly to how Explorer does it, but
that will not cancel the entire operation when a single file copy fails
(plus a few other options).
